Windows 10 has an ability which you can delete the contents of the Recycle bin or temporary files, it is certainly able to restore the space on the partition.

With the release of its latest Windows build 10 (Build 17074), you can set within how many days can be deleted Recycle bin files that where this option can be found in the section on Storage Sense.

Remove Recycle Bin Automatically on Windows 10
1.Open Settings.
2.Navigate to the System – Storage.
3.In the right pane, click the options Change how we free up space automatically.

4.Under the Temporary files option, click the drop down menu on the option "Delete files in my recycle bin if they have been there for over". Traditionally the defaut is set for 30 days, you can replace it from 1 day up to 60 days or Never (will not remove them).

5.Done, you can close the Settings window if you want.
Of course this option can help you who prefer not to realize that a lot of files that have been piling up in the Recycle bin and forgot to remove it.
